Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are an essential part of the Lukas Community.

Each year, we welcome individuals—often from across the U.S. and around the world—who bring their energy, openness, and unique gifts to our shared life. Whether you join us for six months or a full year, you’ll experience deep connection, personal growth, and the joy of living and working in community.

Volunteers typically:

✅Live in one of our shared homes
✅ Support residents with daily life and community activities
✅ Help in the kitchen, garden, or workshops
✅ Join in seasonal festivals and community rhythms
